## About the Role

Premier Staffing Source, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Data Collection & Outreach Specialist to support the Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) survey. This position combines employer outreach, administrative support, data entry, and occupational data classification., * At least 1 year of call center and administrative experience.

 * Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
 * Comfortable conducting outbound telephone and email outreach.
 * Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Ability to work with detailed employment, wage, and occupational information.
 * Ability to learn and apply standardized classification systems.
 * Basic familiarity with automated or bulk email tools.
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 * Ability to work independently after training.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Previous experience working with a state or government agency.
 * Experience communicating with HR, payroll, or business professionals.
 * Previous data collection, data analysis, survey, or research experience.
 * Experience working with occupational, employment, payroll, or wage data.

Work Environment

This position will begin onsite in Phoenix for training, generally lasting approximately one week. Following successful completion of training, the selected candidate will primarily work from home.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and regular communication with the team.

## Description

TheData Collection & Outreach Specialistt will contact HR and payroll professionals at businesses of various sizes to collect employment and wage information for the OEWS survey. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately enter and classify detailed employment data., * Contact HR and payroll departments by telephone and email to request employment and wage data.

 * Identify appropriate company contacts and explain the purpose and importance of the survey.
 * Communicate privacy and data protection requirements to participating organizations.
 * Conduct professional outbound telephone outreach and follow-up with employers.
 * Review employer-specific job titles and match positions to appropriate Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes.
 * Enter detailed employment, wage, and occupational information accurately into designated systems.
 * Review submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
 * Draft and send individual employer correspondence and follow-up emails.
 * Assist with large-scale, program-driven email campaigns involving hundreds of organizations.
 * Maintain accurate contact and outreach records.
 * Perform related administrative, data entry, and analytical duties as assigned.
