Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with external contacts or employees, including senior executives, international and domestic team members * Organizational and administrative skills to enable the maintenance and storage of electronic project files * Strong knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including competence in advance features of Microsoft Office programs. Detailed knowledge of capabilities of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or a willingness to gain and maintain such knowledge so it can be applied to the management of projects. * Manage multiple priorities by using appropriate methodologies and tools. Experience with successfully managing complex project and program delivery * Ability to understand basic technical conversations in meetings and be able to take notes on the details being discussed, * SmartSheet experience * A knowledge of various project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate) is desirable or willingness to learn ## Description The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the administrative functions required to successfully execute a range of SAP technology-based projects. Working with the Project Manager or on smaller projects individually, the Project Coordinator supports the project plan and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of associated project deliverables, including communication of status, risks and issues to the relevant team members.
