Preferred Experience: * MSP Services background. * Field service support experience ## Description We're looking for an experienced Field IT Engineer to become the face of ISNY at our clients' locations. This is more than a field support position. You'll be a trusted technical advisor responsible for delivering an exceptional onsite experience while solving complex technical challenges and representing the high standards our clients expect from ISNY. You'll work closely with our Service Desk, Projects, and Engineering teams while supporting clients throughout the New York metropolitan area.
