Expertise spans across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, integrations, and portal development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST/SOAP APIs. Proven track record of implementing and customizing ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management. Experienced in creating and modifying toolset components such as business rules, UI policies, scoped apps, reports, knowledge management, Responsibilities: 1. Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas 2. Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components 3. Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped App, reports, script includes, Knowledge management, loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform map 4. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM / CSM module. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support 5. Communication & Documentation 6.
