## About the Role

Required:

 * Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
 * Proven experience designing and building end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

## Description

Join a Y Combinator-backed fintech startup building an AI-powered voice and omnichannel platform for debt collections and financial servicing. As a Data Engineer, you'll work directly with the founding team to design end-to-end data pipelines and analytics that turn millions of call events into actionable insights. You'll shape the data infrastructure from the ground up - building dashboards, APIs, and interfaces that put critical information into the hands of decision-makers at financial institutions.

This is a high-impact, early-stage role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering and product thinking in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

 * Design and build end-to-end data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation, and analytics at scale.
 * Architect the infrastructure needed to process and analyze millions of call events.
 * Build dashboards, APIs, and React-based interfaces that surface insights to operators and customers.
 * Collaborate closely with the founding team and external customers to translate data into real operational decisions.
