An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. * Advanced certifications related to Microsoft technologies, Azure, networking, cybersecurity, or endpoint administration are preferred. * Experience with audiovisual technology or technology support in senior living, health and wellness, hospitality, or a similarly service-focused environment is beneficial but not required. * Must possess or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. * Must maintain a valid driver's license and be able to travel between Sun Health locations. ## Description As a senior member of the Technology Support team, you'll provide advanced technical support while helping us improve how technology services are delivered. Your work may include: * Diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, network, identity, Microsoft 365, endpoint, and peripheral issues. * Serving as an escalation resource for challenging, critical, or recurring technology problems. * Configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting computers, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual equipment, and other end-user technologies. * Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, including account access, equipment preparation, and technology setup. * Providing patient, respectful technology assistance to residents with a wide range of technical knowledge and experience. * Supporting meetings, presentations, community events, conference rooms, and audiovisual technologies. * Participating in equipment lifecycle planning, technology evaluations, system upgrades, deployments, and migrations. * Creating documentation, support procedures, user instructions, and knowledge articles, and educating users on technology and information security. * Collaborating with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data and Applications, vendors, and business partners to deliver effective solutions. * Identifying root causes and improving reliability and efficiency through standardization, self-service, scripting, automation, and better processes. * Mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and helping establish consistent technical and service practices. * Participating in an on-call rotation and providing after-hours support for urgent or business-critical issues when needed.
