 * Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.

 * Clear, professional communication-written and verbal.

Nice to have

 * Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
 * APICS/CPIM or similar supply chain certification., * Comfortable navigating SAP and other business systems.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 * Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.
 * Organized, flexible, and adept at prioritizing in a dynamic setting.
 * Relationship builder who collaborates across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and Transportation.
 * Asks thoughtful questions and gathers the right information to make sound decisions.

Team & reporting

Hands-on role with no direct reports. Operates as a senior member of a small, collaborative team and partners closely with the DC Manager.

## Description

* Execute end-to-end shipping and receiving processes daily, completing all documents and system transactions.
 * Perform SAP transactions for shipping, receiving, and order processing (including PGI and order allocation).
 * Prepare bills of lading and all required shipping documentation.
 * Coordinate with internal teams-Sales, Customer Service, Production-and external partners-carriers and drivers-on schedules, changes, and delivery updates.
 * Support truck planning, appointment setting, and shipment coordination.
 * Respond to inventory inquiries and assist Customer Service with order and inventory status.
 * Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to resolve variances.
 * Maintain accurate records and protect data integrity across all systems.
 * Manage sample and small parcel shipments (e.g., UPS).
 * Contribute to other DC tasks as assigned.
