## Description

We are seeking Applications Systems Manager will lead the administration, support, and production management of enterprise applications, with a strong focus on IBM WebSphere Application Server and Java-based applications. This role requires hands-on experience managing enterprise application environments, middleware, JVM tuning, SSL/security, and production support, along with proven team leadership and application management experience. An application leader-not simply a Java Developer or WebSphere Administrator., * Manage enterprise applications and production environments.

 * Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server.
 * Support and troubleshoot Java-based enterprise applications.
 * Perform JVM tuning, middleware configuration, SSL, and application security.
 * Manage application deployments, upgrades, and production releases.
 * Monitor application performance and resolve critical production issues.
 * Lead and mentor application support teams.
 * Coordinate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
 * Ensure application availability, stability, and performance.
 * Drive continuous improvement of enterprise application processes.
