## About the Role

We're seeking a Mold Inspection Consultant to serve the market city and surrounding areas. This full time role is perfect for someone who thrives on fieldwork, is self-motivated, customer-oriented, and has a strong desire to grow in the environmental consulting industry.

 * Must have a valid driver's license and a clean, reliable vehicle
 * Willingness to travel regularly across market city and neighboring regions
 * Experience in mold, environmental assessments, or a related field is a major plus, but not required
 * General knowledge of building construction and materials preferred
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 * High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
 * Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently
 * Tech-savvy; must be comfortable using various software platforms and tools
 * High school diploma or equivalent required

## Description

* Perform professional mold and environmental inspections at residential and commercial properties
 * Collect environmental samples following strict protocols and best practices
 * Document findings clearly and thoroughly; write detailed inspection reports using our custom software
 * Communicate clearly with clients to explain findings and next steps
 * Collaborate with project managers and office staff to deliver a seamless client experience
 * Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and vendors
 * Stay current on industry practices, certifications, and new technologies
 * Drive within the greater Portland area to client locations when needed
 * Maintain the highest standards in ethical business practices and data integrity
