## Description

As a IT Analyst II, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate operational needs into technology solutions., * Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

 * Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
 * Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to deliver effective technology solutions., * Participate in solution design to ensure business requirements align with enterprise architecture and operational needs.
 * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing to validate solutions.
 * Assist with implementation planning and production deployments., * Investigate production issues and partner with technical teams to resolve system incidents.
 * Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
 * Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support business decisions.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and distribution operations., * SQL querying and relational databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server)
 * Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or Order Management systems
 * Supply chain or distribution operations
 * Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or IBM Cognos
 * Integration technologies (XML, webMethods, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or similar)
 * User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software implementation projects
 * Warehouse automation technologies, including barcode scanners, printers, conveyors, or related equipment
 * IT support within warehouse or manufacturing environments
