## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience supporting warehouse systems, WMS platforms, inventory systems, ERP applications, or operational software within a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
 * Experience with inventory transactions, RF scanners, handheld devices, operational troubleshooting, user support, process improvement, and platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Körber, SAP, Oracle, or AS400 is highly preferred

**Do you have experience supporting warehouse systems, inventory management software, WMS platforms, or operational applications within a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment?

**Looking for an opportunity to combine your systems knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and operational expertise to support a fast-paced distribution operation?

**This role supports warehouse operations by resolving software and system-related issues, assisting end users, troubleshooting inventory and transaction-related concerns, and helping ensure daily operational continuity within a fast-paced distribution environment.

NOTE: This is a fully onsite, second shift position. Must be local to the Columbus, OH area.

 * $35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits
 * Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse systems, operational software, and end-user support
 * Work closely with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, operations personnel, and technical support groups to maintain operational efficiency and system performance

 * Analyze production performance and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
 * Partner with operations leadership to implement sustainable improvements and standardize best practices
