CDS specializes in benefit administration and prioritizes exceptional customer service. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and create roots. This position requires an aptitude for technology, strong attention to detail, and well-rounded communication skills., * Work closely with IT and Client Services team to compile and review required reporting. * Present your reporting and explain your findings to the client services and executive teams * Microsoft Access Database troubleshooting including modification and creation of new projects upon request * Review areas of improvement in the reporting * Ensure HIPAA regulations are followed.
