## Description

* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using data from the company ERP system and other business applications.
 * Create budget reporting tools that provide managers with real-time visibility into monthly spending, budget utilization, and detailed expense categories.
 * Build reporting solutions that incorporate approved purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) to provide forward-looking budget tracking similar to a checkbook register.
 * Enhance and support existing Power BI reports and dashboards while taking ownership of current reporting solutions.
 * Partner with Finance and department managers to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful business insights.
 * Identify and automate manual reporting processes, particularly within manufacturing operations, to improve efficiency and reduce spreadsheet-based workflows.
 * Develop labor reporting by integrating data from Dayforce and other systems to compare hours worked versus hours paid.
 * Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, improve visibility, and support business decision-making.
 * Collaborate with ERP and business system administrators to access, validate, and optimize data sources.

Preferred Experience of the BI Analyst:

 * Power BI (Dashboard, reports, DAX, Power Query)
 * SQL (queries, stored procedures, tables, joins)
 * M365 Applications
 * ERP Systems
