Working within an Agile engineering team, you will write high-performance, maintainable code, architect robust APIs, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers. This role requires deep technical expertise in software design patterns, system architecture, backend/frontend development, and cloud deployments. Core Responsibilities1. Architecture, Design & Feature Development * Design, build, and deploy production-ready software features, microservices, and reusable system components. * Architect scalable, secure RESTful APIs and event-driven backend systems that handle high-concurrency traffic. * Evaluate legacy system bottlenecks, refactor complex codebases, and optimize application throughput, latency, and memory footprint. 2. Engineering Standards & Code Quality * Enforce rigorous code quality through peer code reviews, continuous integration practices, and test-driven development (TDD). * Author comprehensive automated test coverage (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks). * Design database schemas, write optimized SQL and NoSQL queries, and manage data migration strategy across staging and production environments. 3.
