 * Proven experience as an L3 Systems Administrator in an enterprise environment.
 * Expert knowledge of enterprise operating systems, such as Windows Server and/or Linux.
 * Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
 * Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
 * Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
 * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
 * Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and vendors.
 * Level 3:
 + BS + 15 years experience

## Description

The Systems Administrator L3 is responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure. This role involves resolving complex technical issues escalated from the Level 1 support team, performing root cause analysis, and implementing advanced system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a deep technical understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to act as a subject matter expert for core infrastructure., * Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) in physical and virtual environments.

 * Manage user accounts, security permissions, and access controls.
 * Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, integrity, and security of all hardware, server resources, and key processes.
 * Administer core services, such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Implement and manage system backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection.
 * Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency.
 * Manage system patching and updates to maintain security and compliance.
