 * Ability to work during MST/PST business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with the Workday Payroll module.
 * Previous consulting or enterprise implementation experience., * Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
 * Do you have hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management?
 * Do you have hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking?
 * Are you available to work during MST/PST business hours?
 * Do you have experience with Workday Payroll? (Preferred)

## Description

* Lead business requirements workshops for Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
 * Design scalable Workday solutions supporting global HR and payroll processes.
 * Develop functional solution architecture and configuration strategies.
 * Provide guidance to implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
 * Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
 * Recommend Workday best practices for global implementations.
 * Ensure successful delivery of Workday functional solutions.
