## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in data engineering, enterprise applications, systems integration, business intelligence, automation, or related disciplines.
 * Demonstrated experience developing and supporting enterprise data integrations, reporting solutions, and business applications, including administering or configuring enterprise applications and automated workflows.
 * Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Power BI, or comparable technologies.
 * Preferred: experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, fundraising, EHR, or similar enterprise systems, and experience within healthcare, nonprofit, or senior living organizations.

## Description

As a senior member of the Data & Applications team, you'll design, develop, and support enterprise technology solutions across a broad range of platforms and technologies.

Your work may include:

 * Designing enterprise data integrations and Microsoft Fabric solutions.
 * Building Power BI reporting and analytics solutions.
 * Administering and enhancing enterprise applications such as Jira, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
 * Developing REST API integrations and automation solutions.
 * Working directly with business leaders to understand challenges and design practical technology solutions.
 * Designing intelligent automation and AI- and machine learning-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, support better decision-making, and create new organizational capabilities.
 * Mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and helping establish technical best practices.

No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be designing a data integration, the next building an automation, implementing an enterprise application, or helping shape how artificial intelligence and machine learning create new value for the organization.
