* Bachelor's degree (any major - we've had success with business, communications, IT, and liberal arts backgrounds alike)
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection with resilience
 * Coachable, curious, and eager to learn technology and sales fundamentals
 * Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a structured daily/weekly cadence
 * No prior sales experience required - we provide full training

## Description

We're looking for motivated, coachable recent graduates to join our team as a Business Development Representative. You'll be developing prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads for our managed IT and cybersecurity services. This is a launchpad role - strong performers have a clear path toward Account Executive within 12 - 18 months., * Research and identify prospective clients across our target verticals (healthcare, legal, financial services, non for profits and more

 * Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified sales meetings
 * Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team
 * Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM (HubSpot)
 * Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategy
 * Meet weekly/monthly activity and pipeline targets
 * Learn Intrinsic's full service portfolio (managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, compliance) well enough to speak credibly with prospects
