 * Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment

## Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless technology operations across our organization. Your technical expertise will help keep our systems secure, efficient, and reliable, empowering our team to deliver outstanding service., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all company devices and systems

 * Troubleshoot equipment problems including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
 * Manage help desk tickets efficiently to resolve user issues promptly and document resolutions clearly
 * Support computer networking tasks such as LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and network troubleshooting
 * Assist with Active Directory management for user account setup, permissions, and security policies
 * Maintain and support operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server environments
 * Conduct analysis of system performance issues and implement solutions to optimize IT infrastructure
 * Manage and update phone system update and add and remove users
