You will lead customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams, you will gather requirements, manage project documentation, communicate project status, and drive customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong communication, business analysis, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for helping customers achieve their objectives and adopt technology solutions effectively.
