Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting healthcare or other large enterprise environments. * Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Cisco, Aruba, or similar enterprise technologies. * Experience supporting major incidents, outages, or enterprise technology deployments. * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL certifications. ## Description We are seeking experienced On-Demand Field Services Technicians to provide onsite technical support in Jacksonville, FL as business needs arise throughout the year. This is a flexible contract opportunity designed for IT professionals looking for intermittent, project-based work rather than a traditional full-time schedule. Technicians will be engaged to supplement the client's internal IT team during periods of increased demand, including major outages, critical incidents, hardware deployments, technology refreshes, office moves, and other enterprise IT initiatives. Successful candidates will be comfortable stepping into new environments, working independently, and providing exceptional technical support with minimal onboarding. This opportunity does not guarantee a set number of weekly hours. Shifts are scheduled based on operational needs and technician availability. Key Responsibilities * Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications. * Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, and user access issues. * Respond to IT outages, major incidents, and periods of increased support demand to supplement the internal IT team. * Perform workstation deployments, hardware refreshes, equipment replacements, imaging, and device configurations. * Support office relocations, technology rollouts, and enterprise deployment initiatives. * Assist with Active Directory user administration, endpoint management, and basic security-related tasks. * Support conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and collaboration technologies. * Perform basic server room support, including rack-and-stack activities, cabling, and hardware installations. * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving wireless access, switch ports, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. * Document work performed in the client's ticketing system while meeting established service-level expectations. * Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. * Quickly adapt to new client environments and become productive with minimal supervision.
