Preferred Skills: * Experience in cleanroom manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-purity systems. * Familiarity with orbital welding standards and electropolish process controls. * Hands-on experience conducting 5M&E assessments and driving operational improvements. * Experience supporting volume readiness and ramp planning. * PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification.Strong analytical skills for business case modeling and executive reporting. ## Description The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads cross-functional programs to deploy and scale advanced manufacturing capabilities across global sites. This role spans New Product Introduction (NPI), product development project management, volume readiness, and operational execution. The TPM ensures strategic alignment and readiness across system integration, test infrastructure, orbital welding, electropolish, and applies 5M&E analysis to assess and close gaps.
