## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional design experience within the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion, luxury, or consumer products industry.
 * Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, graphic, digital, and brand design work.
 * Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
 * Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, and artwork preparation.
 * Excellent typography, layout, color, and composition skills.
 * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience designing for both print and digital marketing campaigns.
 * Knowledge of packaging production workflows and manufacturing specifications.
 * Experience collaborating with marketing, brand, and production teams.

## Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer II to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will develop compelling visual assets across packaging, digital, web, merchandising, and print collateral that elevate brand identity and create engaging consumer experiences.

The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, fashion, and design trends, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative execution and production skills. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life while ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

 * Design creative assets for packaging, digital marketing, web, advertising, merchandising, and print collateral.
 * Translate creative briefs into innovative, consumer-focused design solutions.
 * Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines and marketing channels.
 * Prepare production-ready artwork and collaborate with production partners to ensure high-quality execution.
 * Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
