Travel to store locations for new openings and remodels, while providing top-notch support to end users., * ️ Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, RF guns, and software

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
 * Monitor systems and perform routine IT maintenance
 * Set up new users, groups, and access rights in Office 365, NetSuite, LogFire
 * Prepare training rooms and conference spaces for meetings
 * Travel to stores for openings, remodels, and IT projects as needed
