The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility. * Demonstrated experience independently developing, organizing, and maintaining enterprise test repositories, test libraries, test procedures, and reusable test assets. * Experience testing enterprise systems across multiple software baselines, operating system versions, hardware platforms, and network architectures. * Working knowledge of software and systems development life cycles, testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and defect-management processes. * Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, JIRA, TestRail, or comparable technologies. * Meet (or exceed) DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) certification/education requirements for Testing and Evaluation Specialist (671 - Intermediate), interested candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering or an active CEH, CFR, Cloud+, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+, SSCP, or CCSP certification. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
