## Description

* Provide first and second-level technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
 * Assist with computer setup, deployment, maintenance, and replacement activities.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and basic system administration tasks.
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and inventory records according to IT procedures.
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment preparation and account setup.

Infrastructure & Field Support

 * Assist with network infrastructure projects, including cable installation, labeling, testing, and documentation.
 * Support the installation and maintenance of network switches, wireless access points, and related equipment.
 * Participate in workstation, production equipment, and IT asset inventories.
 * Help organize server rooms, network closets, and IT storage areas.
 * Assist with physical deployment of computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Manufacturing / Plant Support

 * Provide basic IT support for shop floor devices, production systems, and manufacturing equipment connectivity.
 * Coordinate with users and IT staff to troubleshoot device communication and network connectivity issues.
 * Support plant-wide technology projects and IT improvement initiatives as assigned.
