## About the Role

* 0-3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, IT, or a related field preferred.
 * Entry-level candidates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
 * Basic understanding of Manual Software Testing concepts.
 * Familiarity with SDLC and STLC preferred.
 * Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and defect reporting.
 * Basic knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
 * Exposure to Jira or another defect-management tool is a plus.
 * Basic SQL or API Testing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
 * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
 * Good written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to learn new technologies and testing processes.
 * Willingness to participate in a technical readiness evaluation.
