## About the Role

Do you enjoy solving problems, working directly with clients, and turning IT challenges into solutions?, As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician who enjoys technology, problem-solving, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional client experience., * 2+ years of IT support or technician experience; MSP experience preferred

 * Strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills
 * Microsoft 365 setup and troubleshooting experience
 * Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches
 * Experience with antivirus and endpoint protection solutions
 * Understanding of cybersecurity awareness principles
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills
 * A self-motivated, solutions-focused attitude
 * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local client locations as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, or similar certifications
 * Experience working in an MSP environment
 * Experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring and management tools

## Description

We are a veteran-owned Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Fort Myers, providing professional IT solutions and support to small and medium-sized businesses throughout Southwest Florida and beyond., * Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, software, and peripheral devices
 * Set up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft 365 accounts and services
 * Assist with networks, firewalls, routers, switches, LAN/WAN environments, and connectivity issues
 * Respond to Help Desk tickets efficiently and professionally
 * Monitor and manage antivirus and endpoint protection platforms
 * Educate clients on cybersecurity awareness and best practices
 * Collaborate with the SJC Technology team on IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and proactive system maintenance
