 * Laptop diagnostics and grading
 * Server diagnostics, grading, and value routing
 * Hard Drive and SSD wiping and repair
 * Ram and other component testing
 * Ability to spot and properly route valuable products accordingly
 * Operation of diagnostic software
 * Creates Labels, scans barcodes and Manually enters serial number and model numbers.
 * Sort electronic products by product type and value
 * Safely removes electronic components by model or part number.
 * Tears down remaining equipment and sorts by material

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 * 2+ years of professional IT experience
 * IT experience, Certifications, or Vo tech/Associate degree preferred
 * Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
 * Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
 * Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
 * Interest in ITAD industry
