Five (5) additional years of Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. * An active IAT Level II certification or higher in compliance with DoD 8570.01-M, such as CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. * Experience managing, configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications. * Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience. * Development experience using JavaScript or another high-level programming language. * Familiarity with web-based user interface technologies, including HTML, XML, and CSS. * Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation. * Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills: * Java development experience. * Experience reviewing processes and implementing operational efficiencies. * ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer. * Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments. * AWS experience. ## Description Quevera is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Fort Meade, Maryland. In this role, you will join a highly skilled team responsible for designing architecture and developing solutions that support organizational needs within a secure, hybrid cloud environment.
