Core Competencies (The "Trust" Factor) * Analytical Skepticism: You don't take data at face value; you verify against the source. * Empathetic Communication: The ability to listen to frustrated users, validate their concerns, and explain technical fixes in plain English. * Documentation Rigor: A commitment to documenting data lineage and logic so that the "black box" of reporting is eliminated. Education & Experience * 4+ years of dedicated Power BI development experience. * Proven track record of migrating or "fixing" legacy reporting systems. * PL-300 (Microsoft Data Analyst Associate) certification is highly preferred.
