This role requires knowledge and understanding of Federal IT processes and technology stack (DevSecOps CI/CD, Oracle, Java). Air Force systems are deployed in classified and unclassified environments in DISA and Cloud. The Database Administrator provides thought leadership in modernizing and enhancing federal systems through effective data management, database optimization, and secure data practices, and serves as a primary interface with the customer. The Database Administrator supports and coordinates with capability delivery teams including development Scrums, Cloud Engineering, and DevSecOps Platform to ensure database performance, availability, integrity, and security across all system environments.
