Experience within regulated industries such as banking or financial services is highly preferred., * Experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), or Software Quality Engineering. * Hands-on experience performing manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and system testing. * Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive test cases and test documentation. * Proficiency with testing and defect management tools such as: * HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) * HPE Unified Functional Testing (UFT) * JIRA * Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to identify root causes of software defects and work collaboratively toward resolution. * Experience working closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * Experience within the banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. * Familiarity with operational risk, regulatory compliance, and controls. * Experience with automation testing using HPE UFT or similar automation frameworks. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments ## Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join a high-performing technology team supporting enterprise applications within a large financial services environment.
