This will help you stand out · 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, delivery management, or onsite engagement roles. · Proven success in driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and long-term client retention. · Experience identifying and developing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. · Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, Scrum Master , or other relevant project and service management credentials. · Experience working with global delivery teams and managing large-scale enterprise client engagements. · Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience creating executive-level dashboards and business reviews. ## Description We are seeking a IT Delivery Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our client stakeholders and delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, managing escalations, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term business success.
