Preferred * Prior experience repairing ASIC cryptocurrency miners (Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan, or similar). * Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field. * Experience with hashboard diagnostics and ASIC chip replacement. * Knowledge of power electronics, voltage regulation circuits, and thermal management systems. * Experience working in a manufacturing, data center, mining, or electronics repair environment. Physical Requirements * Ability to sit, stand, bend, and work at a repair workstation for extended periods. * Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Ability to perform detailed work requiring manual dexterity and visual inspection of small electronic components. * Ability to work safely around powered electronic equipment and testing devices. ## Description The Crypto Mining Hardware Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing cryptocurrency mining equipment and related electronic components. This role requires strong electronic repair skills, including board-level diagnostics and component-level repairs, to ensure mining equipment is restored to optimal operating condition.
