This position serves as a key member of the Grants & Data Department, helping ensure the organization maintains strong grant stewardship, accurate program reporting, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in nonprofit grants, program evaluation, and organizational strategy. Responsibilities and Duties: The functions of this position include: Grant Administration & Compliance - 40% * Maintain grant calendars, reporting schedules, and compliance requirements. * Track grant deliverables, outcomes, and reporting deadlines. * Coordinate with program staff to collect required data, narratives, and supporting documentation. * Prepare draft grant reports for review and submission. * Maintain grant files, contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation. * Assist with grant monitoring visits, audits, and funder requests. * Support budget tracking and reimbursement documentation. Data Management & Reporting - 30% * Assist with data collection, validation, and reporting across organizational programs. * Generate reports from HMIS (Homeless Management Information System), CorSalis (internal system), and other data tracking systems. * Maintain outcome tracking tools and organizational dashboards. * Support data quality efforts and continuous improvement initiatives. * Assist with annual reports, impact reports, board reports, and program evaluations. * Analyze program outcomes and identify trends that support organizational decision-making. Grant Writing & Development Support - 20% * Research funding opportunities and prospective grant funders. * Assist with proposal development and application assembly. * Draft organizational narratives, program descriptions, and supporting grant content. * Gather supporting documents and attachments for applications. * Maintain funding prospect pipelines and grant tracking systems. * Support stewardship activities and funder communications.
