* 2+ years of IT Service Desk experience.
 * 2+ years of IT troubleshooting experience.
 * 2+ years of experience documenting procedures.
 * 2+ years of experience using a ticketing system.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

 * ServiceNow experience
 * Knowledge Base experience
 * Desktop imaging/deployment experience
 * Software licensing experience
 * Basic networking and printer troubleshooting

## Description

* Provide desktop and service desk support to end users.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and installation issues.
 * Image and configure PCs and laptops.
 * Install and support software and desktop equipment.
 * Manage and resolve tickets through a ticketing system.
 * Set up and move computers, phones, peripherals, and other equipment.
 * Document procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
 * Escalate high-priority technical issues when needed.
 * Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT support processes.
 * Provide excellent customer service and work with other IT teams.
