As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. You're curious, not resistant, and open to tools that cut admin so you spend more time on patients. * You can hold a sensible conversation about where AI helps your function and where human judgment is non-negotiable. One assessment principle across all tiers: we're testing judgment and adaptability, not whether you've memorized today's tools. Tools change quarterly; the ability to learn and apply them is what compounds., We try to keep our interview process short and will move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, the order may change, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect: * Introductory call/interview with our Senior Talent Partner. The call is usually via telephone and will last around 30 minutes. * Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to our office for an in-person interview and a very short task to test your attention to detail. You'll also be assessed on your AI fluency at the tier above. ## Related Videos - [Data Science in Retail](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/586-data-science-in-retail) - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [In-depth .NET Azure Functions: Isolated mode, performance and durable AI agents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100207-in-depth-net-azure-functions-isolated-mode-performance-and-durable-ai-agents) - [Beyond Dashboards: Fixing Text-to-SQL with Semantic RAG](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2036-beyond-dashboards-fixing-text-to-sql-with-semantic-rag) - [Alibaba Big Data and Machine Learning Technology](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/37-alibaba-big-data-and-machine-learning-technology) - [Fault Tolerance and Consistency at Scale: Harnessing the Power of Distributed SQL Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1146-fault-tolerance-and-consistency-at-scale-harnessing-the-power-of-distributed-sql-databases) ## Related Articles - [Everything a Developer Needs to Know About MCP with Neo4j](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/604-everything-a-developer-needs-to-know-about-mcp-with-neo4j) - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [Dev Digest 162: AI careers, MCP, AWS best practices & floppy sweaters](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/571-dev-digest-162-ai-careers-mcp-aws-best-practices-floppy-sweaters) - [What Are The Top Skills Required For Azure Developers?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/77-what-are-the-top-skills-required-for-azure-developers) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift)
