The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in complex Salesforce environments and can balance platform configuration, custom development, security, integrations, performance, and long-term scalability., * Advanced Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System. * Strong architecture and development experience within Salesforce Service Cloud. * Expertise designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, JSON, XML, asynchronous processing, and data-synchronization patterns. * Experience with enterprise architecture patterns, including Service Layer, Domain Model, Model-View-Controller (MVC), and n-tier architecture. * Salesforce data-modeling experience using lookup relationships, master-detail relationships, custom junction objects, SOQL, and SOSL. * Security architecture experience using permission sets, permission set groups, sharing rules, field-level security, record-level security, roles, and profiles. * Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, TFS, CI/CD pipelines, and source-driven development. * Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, platform performance, scalability, automated testing, code coverage, and technical-debt reduction. * Knowledge of relational databases, normalization, ER diagrams, event-driven architecture, and data-warehouse strategies such as Heroku., * At least eight years of experience designing, developing, and delivering complex Salesforce solutions within production environments. * Demonstrated experience defining technical architecture and building end-to-end Salesforce applications. * Experience leading solution-design discussions, architectural reviews, and code reviews. * Proven ability to mentor developers and establish technical standards and development best practices. * Ability to balance Salesforce configuration and custom code when developing effective solutions. * Experience supporting live production systems, resolving complex issues, and deploying production changes. * Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred;
