Preferred: * Experience documenting work in an ITSM/ticketing system. * Experience in healthcare, multi-site, or IT MSP environments. * CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on, travel-ready IT Project Technician II to support the delivery of IT infrastructure and integration projects across our oncology practice networks. Operating with a strong Tier 2 technical skillset, this role executes the on-site work that brings projects to life, deploying and configuring workstations, printers, network hardware, telephony endpoints, and peripherals during practice integrations, office openings, relocations, and refresh initiatives. The Project Technician works under the direction of IT Project Engineers and Project Managers, serving as the primary hands-on technical resource at practice locations nationwide to support the successful implementation of IT projects. This is a remote-based, full-time position with 50-60% travel. Candidates may be located anywhere in the continental U.S. but must be able to travel by air to practice sites across the country, often for multi-day on-site deployments. When not traveling, the technician supports remote configuration, staging, deployment preparation, and project documentation.
