## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
 * 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
 * Experience in large venues, convention centers, stadiums, hospitality, or event operations preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and reporting tools.
 * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

## Description

* Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy across the venue.
 * Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and tracking of materials and equipment.
 * Coordinate logistics requirements for events, conferences, exhibitions, and daily venue operations.
 * Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
 * Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
 * Maintain warehouse organization, storage optimization, and material handling processes.
 * Support event teams by ensuring all required equipment and supplies are available on schedule.
 * Monitor inventory usage, identify shortages or excess stock, and recommend replenishment plans.
 * Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and inventory control procedures.
 * Prepare inventory and logistics reports and drive process improvements.
