The role of this position will be to provide complete customer service and to process all requests in a timely manner. Conference services coordinates media equipment set-up and use, classroom and conference room reservation management, space layout consultation, assigned space maintenance and repair coordination, and service inquiry response. This position will process all requests via-email, online software and telephone. Conference Services will coordinate arrangements with other departments and attend meetings and conferences as requested/needed for onsite support.
