## Description

We are seeking a Senior React Frontend Developer with strong experience building responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, REST APIs, Jest, React Testing Library, Jenkins, and Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards.

Experience supporting government or enterprise applications is highly preferred.

 * Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
 * Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
 * Manage application state using Redux.
 * Develop unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
 * Optimize frontend performance using code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and other best practices.
 * Participate in code reviews and maintain high code-quality standards.
 * Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, QA, product, and business teams.
 * Support Agile/Scrum development processes.
 * Utilize Git and Jenkins CI/CD for source control and deployments.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation.
