 * Experience in PowerShell scripting for task automation, system administration, and security orchestration.
 * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio AI bots.
 * Experience with System Center Service Manager (SCSM), Cireson Web Portal, Active Directory, and PKI infrastructure.
 * Experience in cloud and on-premise hybrid architecture, Office 365 administration, and third-party software integrations.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Architect, build, and maintain cloud-native and hybrid solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
 * Develop and configure Copilot Studio AI bots and automated workflows integrated with enterprise data platforms.
 * Manage Azure Entra ID permissions, Microsoft Graph API integrations, App Registrations, and secret lifecycles.
 * Administer System Center Service Manager (SCSM), Active Directory groups, PKI certificates, and Office 365 services.
 * Develop PowerShell automation scripts to streamline system administration tasks and cloud integrations.
 * Lead technical escalations, vulnerability remediation efforts, and system patching across multi-vendor environments.
 * Mentor engineering staff, author technical documentation, and collaborate with business units on software solutions.
