## Description

* Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
 * Operates all computer systems, ensuring proper operations of all programs and hardware to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
 * Works with other department managers and supervisors on a regular basis to ensure enforcement and adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as to ensure compliance to the policies of local, state, and federal regulations.
 * Oversees necessary upgrades and changes to hardware and software.
 * Maintains computer networks, adding and deleting devices as necessary.
 * Maintains system back-ups as scheduled or requested.
 * Trains employees to use current property systems.
 * Assists, guides, and instructs employees in proper performance of computer operations.
 * Prepares system reports as required by company policies and procedures, and state gaming regulations as scheduled or required.
 * Prepares data for the department operating budgets and takes action on budget variance items.
