You will communicate solutions and requirements clearly to both customers and technical teams, facilitate decision-making processes, and present solutions to clients. Additionally, you will support existing Microsoft web-based systems, triage tickets, and collaborate with developers on solutions. This position is full-time, remote, and a long-term contract., * Evaluate client needs and business processes effectively.
