We leverage AI, technology, and formats to scale learning across gTech. We support gTech'ers at all stages of their careers for both IC's and managers. We have four key beliefs about learning that it is personal, social, process, and happens in real life and we infuse these beliefs throughout the wide array of learning and development opportunities within gTech. In this role, you will always be thinking about new ways to help others grow, and you will share a passion for empowering gTech'ers to unlock their full potential.The Data Analyst serves as the central pillar for data-driven decision-making, learning measurement, and reporting across all GBOedu for gTech learning programs. You will understand learner needs, demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of training programs, leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will partner closely with gTech as well as the broader learning ecosystem (GBOedu etc.) Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
