In this role, you will drive the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of simulation and training capabilities that directly enhance soldier readiness and battlefield effectiveness. You will lead cross-functional teams through complex, fast-paced development cycles - facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, mentoring team members on Agile best practices, and ensuring that warfighter feedback is rapidly incorporated into iterative delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both deep Agile expertise and the ability to operate effectively within a Government acquisition environment.
