## About the Role

* 5+ years of IT project management, Scrum Master, or related delivery experience
 * Strong project planning, organization, stakeholder management, and communication skills
 * Experience working within Agile/Scrum technology environments
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional teams
 * Experience working with Jira

Desired Skills:

 * Healthcare experience preferred
 * Scrum/Agile certification preferred but not required
 * One of the following certifications: Certified scrum master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe or LeSS
 * Exposure to Jira Cloud

## Description

This role will lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery while incorporating Agile/Scrum practices to support effective team execution. This position is best suited for someone with a strong project management background who can also facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams maintain delivery momentum., * Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation and delivery

 * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
 * Coordinate across business, technology, vendor, and stakeholder teams
 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
 * Track project and sprint progress and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders
 * Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks
 * Partner with Product Owners and technical teams to establish priorities and maintain alignment
 * Support resource planning and coordination across multiple workstreams
 * Drive accountability and ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives
 * Apply Agile practices pragmatically based on the needs of the project and team
