Experteer Overview In this role you will lead external contract lighting design efforts to ensure accurate, build-ready packages that meet standards and schedule. You will act as the primary owner of contracted design work, guiding design output to support reliable construction and minimize rework. You will review packages, provide technical guidance, allocate work across design firms, and escalate risks to keep projects on track. You will partner with engineering leadership to resolve standards issues and ensure timely construction execution.
